What we collect
This website only collects what you enter voluntarily in the contact form: your name, your email address and the text of your message. The site uses no analytics and no tracking of any kind, and builds no profiles. If you write to me by email, by phone or on WhatsApp instead of using the form, the data I process is whatever you choose to include in that message.
Contact channels
You can reach me through the form on this site, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. The form and the email are handled on a mail server belonging to this domain. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited: if you write to me there, your messages and your number pass through Meta's servers and are subject to their terms and their privacy policy, over which I have no control. For that reason I ask you not to share clinical or health information through any of these channels.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given actively by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form, or your request for information prior to a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you write through another channel.
How long it is kept
This website stores nothing: the form sends your message by email and no copy remains on the web server or in any database. The message does remain in my mailbox, where I keep it for one year from the date I reply to you, and then delete it. If you go on to start therapy, your data as a patient moves to Clinic-Cloud and is governed by the retention periods health regulations impose, not by this policy.
Who else is involved
Three providers are involved in running this site. They act as data processors and only handle data on my behalf: DonDominio (Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L.U., Spain) provides the domain's email service, including sending the form and the mailbox that receives it; Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts the website and, like any server, records visitors' IP addresses in its technical logs; and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited handles any messages you send me on WhatsApp. Hosting with Netlify involves an international transfer of data to the United States, covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Clinical data
Patients' clinical and health data is handled exclusively through Clinic-Cloud, a platform certified for managing health data. This website never collects, stores or processes clinical data. For that reason I ask you not to share clinical or health information through the form, by email or on WhatsApp.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@jhpsicologia.com, saying which one you wish to exercise. I will reply within one month. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
