These terms apply to the sessions, packs and diagnostic assessments you pay for on this website, through a payment link I send you, by bank transfer, in cash, or in parts agreed with me.

They do not apply to appointments booked and paid for on Doctoralia, which are governed by that platform's terms.

I only work with adults: you must be 18 or over to purchase.

The price shown is the final price. These services are exempt from VAT (article 20.One.3 of Spanish Law 37/1992).

1. On the Services page, choose what you want to pay for.
2. The website takes you to a Stripe payment page. There you see the item and the amount before paying, and you must accept these terms. If something is not right, you can go back and nothing is charged.
3. Pay by card or Bizum. If you would rather pay by bank transfer or in cash, write to me beforehand and we will arrange it.
4. Stripe emails you a receipt at the address you give. If you need an invoice, ask me for one.
5. Paying does not book the appointment. After paying, message me on WhatsApp or at info@jhpsicologia.com and we will agree the day and time.

On your bank statement, the charge appears as JH PSICOLOGIA.

You can purchase in Spanish, Catalan or English.

No separate contract document is created for each purchase. What remains is the receipt and these terms, which you can save or print from this page.

These rules apply equally to in-person and online sessions. The 24 hours are counted up to the session's start time.

• If you give 24 hours' notice or more: you can choose between a full refund or keeping the payment as credit for another session.
• If you give less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show up: the session counts as held and is not refunded, unless there is a justified reason (illness, an unforeseen emergency), which I assess case by case.
• If I am the one who cancels: I let you know as early as possible and offer you another appointment. You can choose between a full refund or keeping the payment as credit for the next session.
• If you have paid for a session and do not yet have a day and time: you can ask for a full refund whenever you like.
• If you arrive late: the session ends at the scheduled time and the price is the same.
• If the connection drops during an online session: we try to reconnect. If that is not possible and 30 minutes or less have passed since the start, the session is held on another day at no cost.

• Packs are for in-person sessions and do not expire.
• A pack can be paid for by one person and used by another, for example a family member. The person attending the sessions must also be an adult.
• Each session in the pack is changed or cancelled under the rules in section 5. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, counts as used.
• You can put the pack on hold for as long as you need.
• If you decide not to continue, you can ask for a refund at any time by writing to info@jhpsicologia.com. Sessions already used are counted at the price an individual in-person session had on the day you bought the pack, and I refund the rest:

  refund = what you paid − (sessions used × price of an individual in-person session)

  If the result is zero or less, there is no refund.

  Examples at the current price of €65:

  • Pack of 10 (€550), 3 sessions used: €550 − €195 = €355.
  • Pack of 5 (€285), 2 sessions used: €285 − €130 = €155.
  • Pack of 3 (€180), 1 session used: €180 − €65 = €115.
• If I am the one who cannot continue the sessions, I refund the proportional part for the unused sessions, at the pack price.

• Each assessment has a fixed price. It includes whatever tests your case needs, the written report and a one-hour feedback session to explain the results.
• The first video call, the questionnaires and, if needed, the preliminary interview are free.
• You pay for the assessment when the first diagnostic test begins. If you pay on this website, you pay the full price.
• If you would rather pay in two parts (one at the start and one halfway through) or in three (one each month), talk to me beforehand and we will agree it. The parts can be paid with a payment link (card or Bizum), by bank transfer or in cash.
• If you give less than 24 hours' notice that you cannot attend an assessment session, or do not show up: the session is held on another day and a separate charge of €65 applies, unless there is a justified reason, which I assess case by case.
• If you decide not to continue with the assessment, you pay for what has been done up to that point:
  • If I have not yet given you the report: €65 for each hour of session held.
  • If you already have the report: the full price, minus €65 for each hour of session still to come.

  If you have paid more, I refund the difference; if you have paid less, you pay what is outstanding.

  Example: ADHD assessment (€380), paid in full. If you stop after the first test, which is a two-hour session, €130 is charged and I refund €250.

• If I am the one who cannot continue: I refund whatever has not been done, on the same basis.

Refunds are made to the same payment method you used, within 14 calendar days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

The rules on distance contracts, including the 14-day right of withdrawal, do not apply to health services provided by a healthcare professional (article 93.b of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). The rules in sections 5 to 8 apply instead.

Card and Bizum payments are processed by Stripe. I do not see or store your card details. Full information on how your data is handled is in the Privacy policy.

If there is a problem with a payment or with these terms, write to me at info@jhpsicologia.com. I will reply within 15 calendar days at most.

The official complaint form of the Generalitat de Catalunya is available to you at the practice or by email.

If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can contact the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum, consum.gencat.cat) or the consumer service of your autonomous community.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, you can go to the courts where you live.

If I change these terms, each purchase is governed by the version published on the day of payment.
