Services

I offer individual psychological support for adults, in person in Barcelona and online. Sessions can be held in Spanish, Catalan or English. Appointments are booked through Doctoralia; video calls and clinical records are handled through Clinic-Cloud.

In-person sessions

In-person sessions take place at my practice in Barcelona. The space is designed to be calm, tidy and free from stimuli that might make concentration harder.

In-person sessions take place at Centre Balmes Psicólogos, Plaça de Gal·la Placídia 10, 5th floor (08006 Barcelona), in the Gràcia neighbourhood.

Online sessions

Online sessions provide access to quality psychological support from anywhere. Sessions take place by video call through Clinic-Cloud, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Suitable for people who cannot travel to Barcelona, live abroad, or simply prefer the convenience of connecting from home.

Connection instructions and the session link are sent by email before each appointment.

A phased process: interview, standardised testing (ADOS-2, ADI-R) and a clinical report. The ADHD pathway starts at €350 and the autism (ASD) one at €600; the final price depends on the number of sessions and I go through it with you at the first contact.

In-person session packs

For work spanning several sessions at the practice: they bring the price of each one down. If you work online and would like a pack, mention it and we will look at it.

Packs do not expire. If the work stops partway, I refund the sessions you have not used.

Insurance: Private practice, with no insurer agreements. If your policy has a reimbursement option, it may refund part of the invoice even though I am outside its network; check directly with your insurer.

How payment works: payment is made when you book, through Doctoralia. The first contact is free and requires no payment.

Cancellations: for in-person sessions, let me know at least 24 hours in advance; for online sessions, Doctoralia's own policy applies, allowing cancellation up to 12 hours beforehand.
